Who we are

This website is run by Fluxaro Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17386312. Our registered office is 6 Crossdale Road, Manchester, M9 6JS.

We decide how your personal information is used, which makes us the data controller under UK data protection law. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, email us at info@fluxaro.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name if you give it, the service you're interested in and your message.

When you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
  • To run, protect and fix problems with the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails because you contacted us.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle email:

  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
  • Resend, which delivers messages from our contact form to our inbox.
  • IONOS, which hosts our email.
  • Google Fonts, which provides the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google's servers to download them, which shares your IP address with Google.

These providers only process your information to provide their service to us. Some of them are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

We may also share information if we're required to by law, or with professional advisers such as our accountants or lawyers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them. If you don't go on to work with us, we delete your enquiry within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. If that changes, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct information that's wrong
  • ask us to delete your information
  • object to us using your information, or ask us to restrict how we use it
  • ask us to send your information to another organisation

To use any of these rights, email info@fluxaro.co.uk. We'll reply within one month. There's normally no charge.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

We'll update this notice if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
